I'm Max Reinbold
Qualified Personal Trainer, GP Referral, Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist Coach now Functional Medicine Health Coach. As a functional medicine health coach, my role is to assist individuals in achieving their optimal health and wellbeing by utilising the principles of functional medicine.
Functional medicine emphasises a personalised approach to health, considering the unique genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that contribute to an individual's health status.
In my role as a health coach, I work alongside clients to develop personalised wellness plans that address their specific health goals and concerns. This includes conducting in-depth assessments, examining a client's medical history, and identifying any underlying imbalances or dysfunctions in their body systems. I then collaborate with clients to create a comprehensive and practical plan that combines nutrition, lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, exercise, and supplementation, when necessary.
My scope of practice as a functional medicine health coach involves educating and empowering clients to take an active role in their own health by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to make sustainable lifestyle changes. I work on developing strong partnerships with clients, fostering a supportive and motivating environment that enables them to successfully implement and maintain the required modifications to achieve their desired health outcomes.
Additionally, I provide education and support regarding functional medicine principles, helping clients understand the importance of optimising their body's natural healing processes. By collaborating with clients, I assist them in setting achievable goals and offer ongoing guidance and accountability to facilitate their progress.
My ultimate aim as a functional medicine health coach is to inspire individuals to embrace a proactive mindset towards their health, empowering them to cultivate habits that promote vitality, longevity, and a thriving life. By working together, we can unlock each individual's full potential for optimal wellness.
