What I now have is hundreds of PT hours, experience, a degree in Sport science and Health, numerous qualifications and I have worked with a variety of people each with their own needs.
What I don’t have is the story where I have been overweight or unhealthy then flipped my life around and became who I am today. I chose this career because of my passion for helping others through exercising, eating well and educating them on how to optimise their well-being.
There is a lot of information out there on how to lose weight, build muscle and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Websites, social media, magazines, everyone is trying to tell you what is best for you or what will get you to your goal in the shortest space of time. It can be confusing and intimidating at times and even more so when you want to ask someone for help.
