As well as helping their clients set realistic goals, Personal Trainers are the perfect tool to help you achieve a specific goal.
This is ideal for those who are training for a specific event, or need to achieve a certain level of fitness before they are able to do something they really want. Not only do we provide educational guidance, tailored support, help you set realistic goals, but we keep you focused and accountable.
Whatever your lifestyle, budget or goal, MR Personal Trainer will provide you with a package that will suit your needs.
Please note that I offer gym based and home visits for individual and group training on the Wirral and Chester.


Individual Personal Training is 1 - 2 -1 training sessions based in the gym on a weekly basis.
You will receive:

1 x 1hour per week personal training session.

Group Personal Training is 1 - 2 -1 training sessions based in the gym on a weekly basis.
You will receive:
2 x 1hour per week personal training session (group = 2 or 3 people)
